الديوانية مدينة للسلام للسنة الثانية على التوالي 

مهرجان الديوانية للسلام الثاني شهد نشاط اوسع من النسخة الاولى. اذا شارك في المهرجان 25 متطوعا تقسموا على اربع فرق و15 كشكآ مختلفا واستقطب المهرجان قرابة ال 2000 متابع. وبحضور اعلامي محلي ودولي  وقام برعاية المهرجان 6 من الداعمين ما بين شركات ومنظمات المجتمع المدني. تراوحت فترة التطوع اليومية  للمتطوعين بين ال 3 الى 10 ساعات ولفترة تحضيرات تجاوزت الشهر والنصف

ALDIWANIYA as the city of peace for the second time in row
ALDIWANIYA peace festival has witnessed greater activity in its second edition, 25 volunteers participated and were divided into 4 teams and 15 total booths of different varieties, the festival attracted around 2000 follower under the presence of local and international media.
The festival was sponsored by 6 different companies and civil society organizations, the volunteering period varied between 3 to 10 hours a day for a month and a half of preparations

تعرفت ع المهرجان قبل ٤ سنوات 
شفت شباب يشتغلون بحب لأجل بغداد فحبيت اكون من ضمن هاي العائلة الي تحب بغداد وحلمهه تشوف بلدهه بأحسن صورة
سنة ٢٠١٥ چانت اول سنة الي بالمهرجان 
انضميت بأكثر من فريق تشريفات واكشاك واخر شي صيانة وحبيت الشغل وياهم كمتطوع 
المهرجان كدر يضيفلي هواي شغلات بس الاساس هي التعاون والمشاركة وحب الاخرين وحب بغداد
رسالتنا للعالم هي بغداد بعدهه بخير
واذا صرنه أيد وحدة راح نكدر نعيش الحياة الي نستحقهه 
والمبادئ والقيم الاساسية هي المدنية والمسؤولية والمشاركة لاعادة اسم بغداد دار للسلام
السبب الوحيد الي يخلي هذا العدد من الشباب يشتغلون هوه حبهم لبغداد

تعرفت على المهرجان عن طريق صديقتي لان هي مشاركة في كشك التذكارات، وهاي چانت اول سنة اشارك بيها لان العام من جيت وشفت الاجواء گلت لازم اشارك 
اني وحدة من الناس الي چنت اگول انو العراق انتهى وشبابنا مبيهم خير ومن هل حجي بس خلال هل سنتين الي عرفت بيها المهرجان خلاني اغّير نظرتي جذرياً ، وخلاني اؤمن بشبابنا والطاقات الي عدهم  
المهرجان علمني شلون احقق السلام الداخلي مع نفسي واتعايش ويه الماضي واهم شي اتقّبلها مثل ما هي
الهدف الاساسي من المهرجان هو تغيير نظرة العالم عن بغداد فلذلك مرة سافرت، فــ التقيت بناس وكولش چانوا مستغربين شون عايشين وتحس انو لو شكد متحچي محد راح يصدكك لان همه ماخذين نظرة معينة والفضل يعود للإعلام 
فــ هدفي وهدف كل المتطوعين اكيد هو تغيير هاي النظرة 
 اهلي واصدقاء شجعوني وشجعوني على تطوير موهبتي 
واوجه رسالة الى كل العالم

The ambitious youth of Baghdad can change your perspective about Baghdad!

Hind, Photography team, 19 years old A student at translation department, 2nd stage I heard about the festival from a friend of mine since she participated in the souvenir booth, and this is the first time I participate in this festival because from the moment I came to the festival last year and felt the atmosphere there, I knew I had to be part of it. I used to be one of those people who say that Iraq is over and our young people are useless…etc but, knowing the festival for these two years, made me change my perspective and made me believe in our youth and the energies they have in them. The festival taught me how to achieve inner peace with myself and living with the past and most importantly accepting it as it is. The prime goal of the festival is to change the world’s perspective of Baghdad so I travelled abroad and met people there who were surprised when I told them that we live normally, and you feel no matter how hard you try to explain that to them they won’t believe you because they already have a certain perspective about this country thanks to the media. And so the volunteers’ goal and mine is for sure to change this way of thinking, my family and friends have encouraged me to improve my talents and spread the message across the whole world. The ambitious youth of Baghdad can change your perspective about Baghdad!

“نشر ثقافة الوعي بضرورة المحافظة على بغداد انظف”

سجاد من فريق المحافظة على المكان عمري 21 سنة طالب كلية ادارة واقتصاد اتعرفت على المهرجان من خلال اصدقائي الي اتطوعوا قبلي وبحثت على المهرجان اكثر في وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وشفت افكار الشباب وطريقتهم بالحياة مقاربة لاهدافي سنة ٢٠١٧ أضميت مع فريق المحافظة على المكان وچانت اول مشاركة ليومتحمس جدا للمشاركة بالسنوات القادمة المهرجان مكان عظيم بكل شي, كمية التعب الي يبذلها المتطوعين حته يقدمون اشياء مميزة ترضي طموحاتهم ومواهبهم و ترضي الناس وتفرحهم تعبر عن الحب والسلام وكل شي حلوو خلال 4 ساعات تقريبا الي هو عمر المهرجان يوم المهرجان يوم مينوصف گدرت من خلال المهرجان أفوز باصدقاء يخبلون خلال فترة التحضيرات، ضافولي افكار وغيروا من شخصيتي ومن خلال هل الشي صرت شخص أجتماعي اكثر قيم المهرجان الاساسية المدنية والمسؤولية والمشاركة من خلال فريقي فريق المحافظة على المكان, حاولنه ننشر ثقافة الوعي وضرورة المحافظة على بغداد انظف واجمل ولاحظنة تجاوب كبير جدا من الجمهور أتمنى يعم الامن والسلام ع بغدادي الحبيبة ومحافظاتنا الجميلة كلمة اخيرة شكرا لكل المتطوعين الي بذلوا مجهود رائع، شكرا لكل واحد ساهم بنجاح المهرجان

“Spreading the awareness culture of keeping Baghdad clean”

Sajjad is a member of the team that keeps the place clean, 21 years old, A student in Administration and Economics department I heard about the festival from my friends who volunteered before me and searched about the festival more on social media, I saw the thoughts of the youth and their lifestyle is similar to my goals and thoughts.. In 2017 I joined the preserving the place team and it was my first year to participate in this festival and I am excited to be part of the upcoming festivals in the next years The festival is a great place that’s the least that could be said, The amount of effort these volunteers have put into it to present something special that satisfies their ambition, their talents and satisfies the people and brings them happiness. The festival also reflects love, peace and everything that is great in just 4 hours which is the duration of the festival. The day of the festival is indescribable! I was able during the festival to gain great new friends just throughout the preparation stage, these people added new ideas and changed my personality and I have become a more social person. The values of the festival are to be civil, responsible and participate with my team, we tried to spread the importance to be aware of keeping Baghdad cleaner and more beautiful and we have gained a lot of positive feedback from the public I wish that Baghdad becomes a safer and more peaceful place to live and to all of our cities. And last is to say thank you to all the volunteers who worked really hard and thanks to everyone who has contributed to make this festival successful!

هاي اول مشاركة الي
المهرجان كلش حلو ومرتب وشفت كلش هواية ناس تريد تعيش وتفرح وتبدي حياة جديدة وتنسى الي راح والاهم صنع بداخلي أمل جبير
المهرجان كلش حبيته وكدر يضيف الي, عرفت هواية ناس اكو تسمع نمط الغناء مالتي وانصدمت بكمية الجمهور الدعمني كلش حبيتهم
الهدف الاساسي من المهرجان بلنسبة الي هو الأمل بغد أفضل ومهرجان السلام ديكبر سنة بعد سنة ووياه الأمل

من خلال المهرجان عرفت انه اكو هواي اشخاص تحب تسمعني في بغداد وهالشي فرحني واصدقاء يحبوني

مجنت اعرف هلشي وشفته بعيني بعدين اكو مشجعين راح صوتهم من العياط والتشجيع والحماس

كل شي نشوفه او نعيشه بلعراق راح نبقى هنا ونتحمل وتشوفونه نرجع دأئما كلنا أمل بالحياة سنة بعد سنة

“We all are full of hope year after year”

Ahmed is a member of the stage show team A fine arts graduate – design dept. For a long time I knew about the peace day carnival and I was attending it with my friends, I joined the team through them and this is my first participation. The peace day carnival is a neat and nice thing, I saw a lot of people willing and wanting to live a happy new life and forget about the harsh years that they saw previously which made me feel hope. I loved the carnival for it added lots of things to me, I was shocked by the number of people who liked the music genere I sang and I was surprised by the number of supporting fans I had. The main goal of the carnival is to make a better tomorrow, and its growing day by day and hope grows along with it. Through the carnival I realized that there is a lot of people love to listen to me singing, this made me happy also made me able to make friends whom I love and they love me back also. I didn’t know all of that is possible until I saw it with my own eyes specially the fans shouting their voices out. One last word Regardless of Everything we experience here in Iraq we will still be here, we will always come back stronger and full of hope year in and year out. Each and everyone of us is making hope, peace and joy in his own way.

“ثقة بنفسي أكثر”

غنوه من فريق الديكور
عمري 19 سنة طالبة كلية الفنون الجميلة قسم تصميم داخلي
تعرفت على المهرجان عن طريق صديقاتي چانوا سابقا مشاركين, اول مرة شاركت مع فريق (هاند كرافت) في السنة السابقة و هل السنة چنت مع فريق الرسم و الديكور
المهرجان ينطي مساحة للشباب حتى يشتغلون و يعتمدون على نفسهم ويتعرفوون على اصدقاء يساعدوهم و يخليهم يدخلون باجواء حلوة بحياتهم مع اهلهم او في اجواء عملهم او اماكن دراستهم بالاضافة يخلي الشخص يتعلم اكثر من الامور ويخلي يفكر بطريقة احسن ويكدر يتعلم مهنة او الهواية الى تفيده
المهرجان ضافلي ثقة اكثر بنفسي انطاني امل ان اكو سلام ببغداد و نكدر نحسن من و ضعنا الحالي و اكو محبة و اكيد ضاف اهل و اصدقاء يجننون وخلاني اغير تفكيري واتحمس
الهدف الاساسي من المهرجان برأيي ان يغير نظرة الناس لبغداد و يخلينا نكون عائلة وحدة مرتبطة بسلام و حُب و فن وكلشي حلو وسلمي
قبل سنة اهلي مچانوا قابلين اشارك لان يخافون من الوضع بس بعد ما اصريت و قدمت اثبتتلهم ان لا .. ماكو شي بالموضوع و اكو سلام و نكدر نعبر عن رأينا و نكون اقوى ومنخاف من انفجار او ازدحام وغيرها من الظروف الي قد تكون مؤذية وهذا خلاهم يقتنعون اكثر بالمهرجان وقضيتة و هذه السنة ايضاً شاركت و چان شي كلش طبيعي بالنسبة لهم
اما الي حققه المهرجان بالنسبه الي خلاني افرح اكثر من اشوف الحضور سعداء كلش بالشغلات الي قدمناها وعملنا عليها وهذا الخلاني انسى التعب وايضاً يخليني ابقى اقدملهم اكثر واحسن
حلو واحد من يسوي شي بسيط او يتعلم شي ولو كلش بسيط ويشوف ناس القريبين عليه فرحانين بهذا الشي وهو هم حيفرح وخاصة احنا كلش هواية محتاجين شغلات تكون تخلينا سعيدين ونطلع من اجواء العايشيها
فاكيد المهرجان كدر يحقق كل هذا و يفتح للشباب مساحة من خلالها تتعلم اكثر و تقدم اكثر للمكان العايش عليه ومن خلال كل هذا يستغلون الوقت بشكل افضل من كعدة البيت

“المهرجان يوفر الاجواء المناسبة لتحقيق هدفك”

طالب تحليلات مرضية مرحلة ثانية
تعرفت على المهرجان عن طريق صديقي وشجعني اشارك, اول سنة لي كانت ب 2016 قدمت في وقتها على فريق الاطعمة والأشربة وثاني سنة 2017 أنضممت الى فريق الصيانة
مهرجان بغداد دار السلام من احسن الأمور الي سويته بحياتي واني وكل متطوع وياي في نهاية كل مهرجان نشعر بفخر بعد اكمالنا لكل مهامنا
ومن الأمور التي ضافها الي المهرجان هو شلون تتعامل مع الناس وتتقبل اراء الغير وشلون تشارك الاخرين بالافكار من اجل هدف مشترك واحد
تعلمت من فريق الصيانة هواي شغلات
مهارات النجارة و الحدادة و الكثير من المهارات
المهرجان يخليك تتعرف ع اصدقاء جدد ويصيرون من اعز الاصدقاء وشلون بالشغل دائما نضحك ومتونسين ونقضي اوقات سعيدة دائما ومن تصير مشكلة او نواجه صعوبة في شي معين الكل يشارك سوه حته نحلهه
بغداد دائما هي عاصمة السلام بجهود الشباب
واحب اوجه كلمة للشباب اذا عندك موهبة وتريد اطورها او فكرة تحاول تطبقها فمهرجان بغداد دار السلام حيوفرلك الاجواء المناسبة لتحقيق هدفك وادعوكم للأنضمام لعائلتنا وكن متأكد راح تحس سويت شي مهم بحياتك حتبقه تفتخر بي من تشوف الناس فرحانه بيوم المهرجان

تعرفت على المهرجان عن طريق أخي الي هوه أساساً متطوع في فريق تشريفات ستيج لمدة اربع سنوات
طبعاً ومن حسن حظي كدرت اتطوع بمثل هيج مهرجان يسود بي العمل الجماعي وحب العمل التطوعي من أجل بغداد
المهرجان ينطيني أنطباع حلو عن بغداد أنه بعدهه بخير وناسهه تحب تعيش بسلام
من خلال تطوعي بفريق الصيانة تطورت خبراتي بمجال الصيانة وتعلمت هواي أمور من المتطوعين الي يشتغلون وياية وتعرفت على اصدقاء كلش محبوبين وتفكيرهم مثل تفكيري
اتمنه كل الناس تشوف الي احنه نشوفه ونحس بي
وحلمي اشوف بلدي احسن بلد بالعالم

“This festival gives me a good impression about Baghdad”

Ibrahim/ maintenance team, 20 years old and a student in political science college in Baghdad university. I heard about the festival from my brother who have been volunteering in the stage supervising team for 4 years! and lucky me, I have been able to volunteer in a festival where teamwork and loving for volunteering is prevailed for Baghdad. The festival gives a good impression about Baghdad that everything is ok and the people are living in peace and harmony. Through volunteering in the maintenance team, my skills and experience have greatly improved in the maintenance field and learn a lot of things from the volunteers who work with me and met many lovely friends who think the same way I do. My wish is to make other people see and feel what we see and feel and my dream is to see my country as the greatest country in the world.

“تعلمت من المهرجان أن أتقبل الأخرين”

“تعلمت من المهرجان أن أتقبل الاخرين”
اسمي ايات وعمري 21 سنة من فريق الاعلام الاجتماعي
محامية متخرجة من جامعة بغداد
تعرفت على المهرجان بالبداية من خلال صديقتي اللي جانت مشاركة بي بسنة 2015
ولا زالت متطوعة
تعرفت على شخص من فريق الميديا وبسببه صار عندي حافز اتطوع بالمهرجان وجان اول لقاء الي مع المتطوعين بالامسية الرمضانية لسنة 2016
المهرجان كولش مميز كل سنة ديضيف شي ايجابي وحلو سواء للحضور او للمتطوعين
وچان اله تأثير شخصي عليه لأن ضافلي هواية امور اولها طريقة تفكيري تطورت وتعلمت اتقبل الاخرين مثل ما همه ومااشوف الاختلاف والتنوع شي سلبي بالعكس شي ايجابي وحلو وتعرفت على اصدقاء مستحيل الگه مثلهم
هدف المهرجان الاساسي أظهار الجانب الحلو لبغداد لكل الاشخاص اللي ماخذين فكرة سيئة عنها
كل المتطوعين بالمهرجان هدفهم نشر السلام
اني شخصياً وكمتطوعة تعرضت لأنتقادات من العديد من الاصدقاء والناس بشكل عام اولهن
“احنه بحرب وين السلام”  “انتوا بطرانين”
وغيرها بس بكل مرة اكدر اوضحلهم فكرة المهرجان واهدافه واتركهم لقناعتهم بعد وابقه مستمرة باللي اني دااسوي ولو كل شخص كدرنه نوصله فكرة السلام وكدر يحس بالسلام الي بداخله راح نعيش بأمان
المهرجان غير بيه هواية امور للافضل طبعا ومن خلاله صرت مؤمنة بأنه اني اگدر اقدم شي مفيد لمجتمعي وبلدي وداأسعى لهذا الشئ لان ماكو شي مستحيل ابدا
كلمة اوجهها للعالم بيوم من الايام راح نگدر نغير فكرتكم السلبية عن بغداد وراح نخليكم تتحمسون لزيارتها

“I learned from the carnival how to accept other people’s perspectives”

My name is Ayat and I am a 21-year-old member of the social media team and a lawyer graduated from the University of Baghdad. I first got to know the carnival through my girl-friend in 2015 who is still a volunteer. I met a person from the media team who had motivated me to volunteer in the carnival, it was my first meeting with the volunteers in the 2016 Ramadan evening. The carnival is very special, each year it gives a positive result and is nice to both the attendees and the volunteers. I had been influenced by the carnival because it provided me with several things. The first was that my way of thinking started to change and that I learned how to accept other people’s perspectives despite their differences and learned not to see differences and diversity as negative. I started to see the differences and diversity as positive and beautiful as the carnival has enabled me to meet new friends who I’ve never expected to meet. The main objective of the carnival is to show the beautiful side of Baghdad to people who have a bad idea about it. All the volunteers in the carnival aim to spread peace. I personally have been criticized by many friends and people in general. To name some: “We are in a war, where is peace?” “You are all wasting your time” and many others. But each time, I can explain to them the carnival’s idea and objectives and then let them free to choose their own choices, and I continue to work. If we were able to share the idea of ​​peace with each person, the people would feel their peace and live safely. The carnival has positively changed a lot of things in myself, and through the carnival I started to believe that I am now able to provide a beneficial service to my community and my country and now I am seeking to do this because I believe that there is nothing ever impossible. I have a message to the world, “One day, we will be able to change your negative idea of ​​Baghdad and we will make you excited to visit it.”

“خلي هواك أنظف”

أبراهيم من فريق الأكشاك – الكشك النباتي

عمري ١٩ سنة, طالب في كلية الصيدلة المرحلة الثالثة

تعرفت عل مهرجان عن طريق اصدقائي

الكشك مالتي يخص النباتات والبيئة من خلال هذا الكشك ابعث رسالتي وهدفي للعالم

“خلي هواك أنظف”

المهرجان جان كلش حلو وراقي والطموح هو تطويره الى الافضل في السنوات القادمة

المهرجان ضافلي هواية مهارات و من خلاله استطعت ان احقق الأفكار الي تخطر في فكري

وتعلمت شلون اجعل فكرة كشك النباتات تكون مميزة وتعلمت شلون اطور اكثر من الفكرة للسنة القادمة

المهرجان حقق السعادة للناس وهذه هي احد طموحنا والمتمثلة برسم الابتسامة على وجوه الناس

ادعوا الناس جميعا لحظور المهرجان في كل سنة, مجرد حضوركم المستمر هو دافع كبير النا علمود نستمر بالابداع

Ibrahim-plants booth I’m 19 years old; I study pharmacy (third stage) I heard about the festival via my friends My booth specializes in plants and environmental maintenance, Through this booth I send my message to the world “Make your air cleaner” The festival was very well-organized and beautiful and we are very ambitious to develop it for the better in the oncoming years. This festival has given me so many skills and it gave me the chance to make my ideas a working progress, I’ve also learned how to make the Plants Booth’s idea a special one and how to improve it more for the next years. This festival has made people happy and that’s our major goal, to draw a smile on people’s faces. I invite everyone to come to the festival every year; your constant presence is a great motive for us to keep going.
